AVC was established in July 2009 with core competencies in defense services, specific to Naval Force. In 2014 AVC expanded its defense portfolio to include Air Force programs. To better serve its customers, AVC created a Joint Venture in Feb 2015 with Rheinmetall Defense, Germany under the name Rheinmetall Arabia Simulation and Training LLC. (RAST).
